BASKETSENEGAL – Une bonne nouvelle pour Aya Traoré qui vient d’être nommée MVP de la saison en Liga Femenina 2 (Espagne) par Eurobasket. La pensionnaire d’Azul Marino Basket Mallorca se voit ainsi récompensée de sa belle saison avec le club des îles Baléares.
L’ailière sénégalaise accroche ainsi un nouveau trophée à son riche palmarès. En 30 matchs disputés cette saison, elle tourne sur une moyenne de 13.0 points, 7.7 rebonds et 1.0 passe pour 27.4 minutes.
Aya Traoré est également présente dans l’équipe type de la saison, en compagnie d’Iyana Martine (Segle XXI), Amy Griffin (Placencia), la Congolaise Mariana Muadi (ex DUC) et Marija Stojilikovic (Unicaja).
